MY PHILOSOPHY
On this site you can find information about my work and learn more about the method created by Joseph H. Pilates.
For more than 30 years I have been helping people achieve their goals, increase strength and flexibility, improve posture and self-perception, and increase self-esteem and vitality, to broaden their ability to live life with joy and harmony. The lessons I propose are for the body but also for the mind, safe and effective at any age, physical type or fitness level.
The programs are personalized and "listen" to your body's intelligence as they help you achieve your goals.
If you are recovering from an injury or illness, or want to train for a sporting event, or just want to "get back into shape", my Pilates Method sessions offer you the path to success, while having fun with commitment.
